Today, General Motors and Spyker Cars announced their binding agreement on the purchase of Saab Automobile AB. According to the agreement, Spyker will form a new company, which will carry the name Saab Spyker Automobiles. The new company will be aimed to continue and further develop the Saab brand’s rich heritage.
