Honda will take a part at this year's Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race with CR-Z Hybrid coupe. The specially prepared car was firstly unveiled at last year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas. It is developed by Honda Performance Development (HPD), the "racing arm" of American Honda.

Skoda UK will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its iconic vRS performance flagship with a staggering Octavia vRS Bonneville, which aims to go with more than 200MPH (320 km/h). The record attemp will be made during the world famous Bonneville Speed Week in August (13-20).
The tuned Octavia vRS includes some staggering upgrades like improving the aerodynamics and performance. The car is lowered with 80mm and features a new sub-frame which houses a race prepared intercooler.

Aston Martin has prepared two endurance race car concepts, which will return to the Nurburgring this weekend for final tests before the 24-hour race.

A month after the scoring points in the first two rounds of the FIA GT3 Europe Championship in Portugal - Dan Brown and Glynn Geddie with AF Corse STP Ferrari F458 lined up at the weekend on the newly-configured Silverstone Grand Prix circuit for the two gruelling one-hour follow-up races in the series.

RS Academy, which is one of the best track-driving car clubs, has taken delivery of only the second Ferrari 458 Italia GT3 to leave the factory. The car was taken to victory on its debut outing in the British GT Championship at Oulton Park on April 25th .
458 Italia GT3 is powered by a 4.5 liter naturally aspirated V8 with 580PS (426 kW) at 9000RPM and 540Nm (400 lb-ft) at 6000RPM with 80% torque available at just 3250RPM. The engine is extremely responsive and builds revs lightningly fast.

The price of the new McLaren MP4-12C GT3 is £310 000. The manufacturer will build just 20 units, which will race for teams in 2012.

Team Peugeot RCZ Nokia with two Kumho-shod RCZ 2.0 HDi Sport Coupes made it to 1st and 2nd place in class in round two at the Nurburgring last weekend (April 30).
