A super tuned version of Skoda Octavia vRS has crossed the 200 mph barrier at the Bonneville Speed Week (13-20). The car achieved an impressive 195.69 mph on its first run of the day and on the sixth, it made 202.15 mph.
Driven by journalist Richard Meaden, the Octavia had demonstrated its potential on Sunday (14 August) as it powered its way to 191 mph securing all four speed licenses required before heading to the magical 200 mph barrier.

Skoda UK will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its iconic vRS performance flagship with a staggering Octavia vRS Bonneville, which aims to go with more than 200MPH (320 km/h). The record attemp will be made during the world famous Bonneville Speed Week in August (13-20).
The tuned Octavia vRS includes some staggering upgrades like improving the aerodynamics and performance. The car is lowered with 80mm and features a new sub-frame which houses a race prepared intercooler.

Special Edition Skoda Superb Combi will be introduced at the 2011 Autosalon Brno. The car will carry Laurin & Klement design package.

The Red Bull Skoda team will make its official debut at the Mexico Rally, next weekend (5-6th March). This is the first round of the 2011 S-WRC series.
Juho Hanninen and Mikko Markkula, will be driving a Skoda Fabia S2000.

Skoda Fabia will introduce a special edition - Monte Carlo, which is a new model with enhanced sports styling and bespoke interior. The vehicle is launched specially to celebrate 100 years of the Monte Carlo Rally.
The exterior boasts a dynamic look with piano-black body trim extended over the wheel arches and down the full length of the car, a black roof, black door mirror covers, a black radiator grille top, smoked headlamps and black 17” lightweight Trinity alloy wheels.

Skoda has released a Special Edition of the hot hatchback - Fabia vRS. It is named IRC Skoda Fabia S2000 vRS Edition. The limited edition of the Fabia vRS uses a lot of design ideas from its rallying cousin, which has the same green color, as well as many white stripes on the roof, alloy wheels and stickers.
This version will be limited to just 200 units. It is powered by 1.4TSI with 180HP (132 kW), which powers the standard vRS Fabia.
