Mazda has unveiled full details about the newly developed four-cylinder, 1.5 liter SKYACTIV-D clean diesel engine. It will power the next generation Mazda2 and boasts a number of technologies improving not only the performance, but the fuel consumption as well. The new engine complies with EURO 6 regulations.

Mazda MX-5 is going to compete in the famous 24 Hours Nürburgring Endurance Race, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the model. For the event, JOTA Sport was commissioned to prepare the vehicle and manage the race team. The team will comprise of four drivers who have history of success in versatile races. Nürburgring will take place in Germany on 21st and 22d of June.

Several leak images of Mazda Hazumi Concept has been published online, ahead of its debut at the 84th Geneva Motor Show. At the end of last week, Mazda has officially unveiled the first teaser image of the upcoming HAZUMI concept, showing its head-lights and part of the front and exclusive wheels. There weren’t revealed much about the vehicle except for a translation of its name – HAZUMI in Japanese stands for “bound” or “spring up”.

2014 Mazda CX-5 SUV is getting some upgrades for the new model year. The updated model will feature the innovative fuel-saving SKYACTIV technology, and a wide range of interior and exterior refinements.

For the 2014 model year Mazda is enhancing its range with the introduction of six new Sport Venture Editions. Precisely, the line-up comprises of three Mazda MX-5 sports cars, two Mazda5 and a Mazda2 models.

Mazda has announced the Kuroi Sports Package for the all-new Mazda3 Hatchback or Sedan. It will be available exclusively for Australia with price tag at $2,678 AUD.
Kuroi Sports Package includes 18” black alloy wheels, new door mirror caps, rear lip spoiler, side skirts and front lip spoiler all with black finish.
"Kuroi" means "black" in Japanese and according to the manufacturer it is the first time when the Mazda3 is being offered with a sports package.
