Volvo Expands Lineup And Upgrades Models
Volvo UK has expanded its availability range of the Euro VI and Drvie-E engines by replacing the front-wheel-drive models with four-cylinder engines. All the changes mark the further Volvo independence and the reliance on engines from other companies.All the engines are created of maximum 2.0-liters and four cylinders and use different turbocharge, supercharge and electric technologies.
In addition, there are some fresh additions to the petrol series, that are named T2 and T3 and there are diesel additions under the name of D2 and D3. In addition to the Drive-E engines, numerous tweaks and upgrades:
V40
This model comes in two variations:V40 Standard and V40 R-Design, that provide 120 hp (88 kW) and 190 hp (139 kW) respectively. There is also a variation for a 1.5-liter engine.
V40 Cross Country
This model delivers D2 and D3 manual variants and interesting color variations
S60
The four-cylinder Drive-E petrol engine come also in two variations: 2.0-Litre T3 manual and 1.5-Litre automatic. Both models deliver power, measured at 190 hp (139 kW). Also, there are some design tweaks, that include color customization, 18" Skadi wheels, or 19" Portia wheels

XC60
This model comes with increased power on the front-wheel drive and it is geared with a Drive-E D4 diesel engine, that provides a total of 190 hp (139kW). There are even some more systems included, and as always, you can choose between 3 color options.
V70
V70 comes with increased power, thanks to the D3 engine, that is especially built for lower emissions and improved fuel consumption. As in the XC60 Air Quality System and Rain Sensor are included. Wheel designs are " Skadi wheels, or 19" Portia.
XC70
The last model demonstrates improved emission reduction and wonderful fuel economy, thanflully to the D4 AWD engine. The optional D5 AWD brings even better performance and efficiency. This model comes with two color options, system upgrades and 18-inch Leda wheels
