Vauxhall Astra VXR Arctic Edition is the name of the latest specially packed ride designed from Vauxhall Motors Limited. Strictly limited to only 500 examples worldwide, the new VXR Arctic Edition is price tagged at £23,595 - just£720 more than the standard model.

The limited Astra VXR differs from its series counterpart by dazzling Olympic White shade and contrasting black painted roof, mirror covers, front V-grille, tailgate trim as well as tinted glass and 19-inch Black multi-spoke design lightweight rims. Furthermore, the special ride houses heated leather Recaro front seats.

In addition to the newly added features, Vauxhall offers optionally Panoramic Windscreen at the price of £920. That feature offers a window who extends back over the front seats with heat-absorbing glass. And if the skies are grim, a full-length shading system with pull-out sunblinds is also included.

Under the bonnet, a 240 horsepower power unit with 320Nm of maximum torque catapults the Astra VXR Arctic Edition from standstill to 62 mph in 6.2 seconds flat, before reaching a V-max of 152 mph. Lowered and revised VXR sports suspension, ultra-low profile 235/35 x 19 tyres and 321mm front ventilated brakes discs complete this special Vauxhall edition perfectly.
