TechArt is one of the most famous tuning companies in the world. The company is German and makes performance and exterior packages specially for Porsche's models. TechArt was founded in 1987 by Thomas Behringer, so they have more than 22 years experience in refining Porsches.

One of the recent creations of TechArt is performance package for the latest Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. It is really hard to update a Porsche, because the car has already came out from the factory with it's sporty nature, style exterior and interior. TechArt has a basic principle for their products: OEM quality – Made in Germany.

The performance package for Porsche Carrera S as well as the 4S four-wheel drive version consists of new ECU software and Racing or Sport flap-controlled exhaust system.

"Sport" exhaust system consists of two rear mufflers with exhaust flap, two tailpipe L/R double-oval, polished chrome or black chrome and exhaust flap control unit.

"Racing" exhaust system includes two stainless steel racing headers, sports catalytic converter, rear muffler with exhaust flap, an exhaust flap control unit and twin oval tailpipes in high-gloss or black chrome.

Combining the ECU software update and Racing or Sport exhaust system the maximum output of 911 Carrera S increases with 35hp.

The aerodynamics package includes front spoiler, side skirts, roof spoiler, three versions of rear wings and rear diffuser. This package has TÜV certificate and it is widely tested in the wind tunnel, so the quality is guaranteed.

The suspension of the latest 911 Carrera S is very stiffened, because of the sporty nature of the car. Obviously, TechArt aren't pleased with that so they installed VARIO coilover suspension in addition to a set of TECHART sports springs. There is an option of nose lifting for 911 Carrera S, so the car can be raised up to 60 mm – even when driving at up to 60 km/h. This is a very useful system for crossing speed bumps. In addition the car is equipped with TECHART Formula and Formula II alloy wheels, available as a five-spoke wheel in either a single-piece or composite design.

The interior is individualized in every single detail. There is a number of options available for customizing the interior of TECHART 911 Carrera S. There are different leather interiors, three-spoke airbag sports steering wheels, aluminum pedals and trim strips.
