Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0 is a limited edition release series which is currently going on sale throughout the United States. The model was revealed earlier this year at the New York International Auto Show, and now Scion's fans and racing enthusiasts can get behind its steering wheel. There will be only 1,500 examples of the car produced, which will make it desired even more.

FR-S Release Series 1.0 vehicles will sport a striking exterior paint finish named Yuzu exterior color. In addition, the vehicle comes equipped with enhanced features from Toyota Racing Development (TRD). These include TRD Quad Tip Exhaust System and TRD lowering springs.

There are also additional FR-S Release Series 1.0 features which include the TRD steering wheel, TRD shift knob, black seats with T-pattern, HID headlamps with LED daytime running lights, TRD logo cargo mat and Smart Key with Push Button Start.

Furthermore, there are also other highlights such as the custom-designed aero kit with a rear spoiler and side fender garnish. To emphasize even further car's exclusivity, each vehicle will feature a sequential release series badge, inlayed on its brushed aluminum shifter surround plate.

This FR-S comes as a standard with six-speed manual transmission or as an option with six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and Dynamic Rev Management technology. The car is the ultimate tribute to motorsports history which has a starting price of $29,990 USD.
