At the Intersolar International Solar Conference and Exhibition that took place in Munich last week, Asola Advanced and Automotive Solar Systems GmbH, the German affiliate of QTWW has amazed the crowd with its Fisker Karma Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle (PHEV) with incorporated roof-integrated solar photovoltaic energy generation system.

Alan P. Niedzwiecki, President and CEO of Quantum, said: "The interest level of the German and international media and the industry participants has been phenomenal."

"The Fisker Karma solar roof is the largest monolithic automotive solar roof in the world and involves a challenging double curvature and four electrically separate zones for maximum energy generation," shared Reinhard Wecker, the CEO of Asola.
