Nissan has announced some surprisingly high results regarding the domestic orders for the all-new Nissan JUKE. Available on the Japanese market from June 9th, the Nissan JUKE has already received more than 10,900 orders to date and exceeded the brand's monthly expectations almost nine times - 1,300 units monthly target.

The 2011 Nissan JUKE represents an all-new approach in the automotive industry's compact segment. With its nimbleness, compact dimensions, bold-styled and unusual vision, the modern compact sports crossover offers its customers a small sports car with the safety and robustness of a sport utility vehicle. Under the bonnet, the JUKE is equipped with the world's first mass-produced 1.5-liter engine (HR15DE) with dual injectors, mated to a new-generation Xtronic CVT™ transmission and rigid suspension. Thanks to these innovative elements, the fresh ride boasts smooth acceleration, precise handling, remarkable stability qualities and unmatched driving experience.

According to Nissan's chart, the most popular exterior color in Japan so far is the Radiant Red, which tops 29% of the total orders, while the most-chosen interior color is red, consisting of over 59%.
