The new Fuga is a direct successor of the Nissan's first generation Fuga luxury sedan, delivered outstanding performance, comfort and interior quality. The all-new Nissan Fuga will be available in the Japanese showrooms this autumn.

2009 Nissan Fuga is full of innovative and new technological features, which delivers the most comfortable ride, powerful acceleration and eco-friendly performance. The all-new Fuga offers the chance to choose from the VQ37VHR 3.7-liter V6 or the VQ25HR 2.5-liter V6 engine. Some of the innovations fitted to the Fuga are the lately developed - Double Piston Shock Absorbers, the Intelligent Pedal and the Cornering Stability Assist. The technology package also features the LDP (Lane Departure Prevention system) and the Intelligent Cruise Control, which provides safe, comfortable driving.

Innovative even in the safety section, the new Fuga is equipped with a driving safety support system, which utilizes the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) in its navigation system. As an integral part of today's vehicles, the eco-driving is supported in the all-new Nissan Fuga by an ECO-pedal.

Visually, the new Fuga excels with a low and powerful stance. The unique combination of long hood, short overhangs and deeply sculpted fenders with huge 20-inch wheels, gives the car an amazing visual appeal.

With the refined new interior finished with premium materials and full of details, the new Fuga takes the first generation's highly rated cabin design to the next level. Inside, the luxury sedan also features a world-first climate control system called Forest AC, a newly developed plasma-cluster ion unit, which purifies the cabin air and a Bose R Surround Sound System with 16 speakers and 14-channel digital amplifier.

With the debut of the production version of the all-new Fuga at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show, Nissan will also showcase a Fuga hybrid vehicle. Scheduled for launch in the Japanese market from 2010 autumn, the Nissan Fuga hybrid is equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine, high-power Li-ion batteries and a highly efficient one-motor-two-clutch parallel hybrid system solely developed by Nissan.
